Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a part time Practice Development and Assurance Admin Assistant to join the PD& A team at our Head Office in Sidcup.

This will be a fixed term contract and will end on 9th August 2019.

30 hours a week (4 days) which can be flexible with days apart from a Monday which is needing to be covered, usually 9:00am to 17:00pm.

In this role you will provide administrative support to the PD& A Team, Team Secretary and the Quality Assistant within Head Office.

 This will include being able to;

  • assist the PD&A team to provide good level of reporting across the group from collected data
  • Data analysis and update of weekly action plans
  • provide administrative support to the PD&A team and in particular to the quality assistant.
  • facilitate and minute meetings, maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • devise and maintain filing systems
  • undertake preliminary information gathering
  • administration tasks to be completed within set deadlines
  • monthly data is collected, analysed and reports created
  • objectives set and agreed with the line manager are met
