We have an exciting opportunity for full and part time Support Workers to join the Avenues Support team in Canterbury, Kent.

In this varied and dynamic role you will empower the people we support to have active and fulfilling lives aligned with their needs and aspirations. You will enable people to live as independently as possible and to become happier and more content with their lives as a result.

Due to the location of this service it is essential that you hold a valid driving licence and have your own vehicle.

Our services operate 24/7, 365 days a year and shift patterns will include early mornings, day shifts, and late evenings, and you must be flexible to cover the rota at the service.

Smock Acre is a residential service supporting adult males with learning and physical disabilities. The service users require support with communication, personal care, medication, moving and handling, and nutrition.
